Health Care is a human right

Health Care for All Children

Cover All Kids is now HB 3517!
This posted on April 7, 2015 on behalf of Health Care for All Oregon allied organization, Oregon Latino Health Coalition.

Every child in Oregon deserves a healthy start in life.

Friends, Supporters and Allies,

We are proud to announce that we now have a bill for Cover All Kids, HB 3517. The purpose of the bill is change state statutes that exclude children who do not have access to the Oregon Medicaid Program- Health Care for All Children Program. This is the first step to ensuring that all children have access to health care. Cover All Kids is an incremental campaign once we secure a change of statutory language we will work with our partners to secure the funding necessary for all our children.

We encourage you to join us on April 17th for our Cover All Kids Advocacy Day to ensure HB 3517.

Sincerely,

Alberto Moreno, Linda Roman, Jose Mendez and OLHC Team
