Statewide: #97 - increase in corporate tax - 2.5% on C corp sales within Oregon over $25 million; generate $3 billion annually; spend on senior services, education and healthcare . Proponents website. Defeated
#98 - reduce high school drop-out rate - require that a certain percent of new state revenue be spent on efforts to reduce high school drop-out rate. Funds will be dedicated to what used to be called Voc-Ed and efforts to make students college ready. Proponents website. Enacted
#99 - establishes permanent funding for Outdoor School through Lottery for fifth and sixth grade students. Proponents website Enacted
County level: Benton County - #2-100. Ranked Choice Voting, would allow voters to rank candidates for a particular office 1, 2 or 3, instead of just voting for a single candidate. Proponents website.Benton County Elections office file. Enacted
Multnomah County - #26-184 would establish limits on candidate campaign contributions/expenditures and require top funders (5 over $500) campaign ads be clearly identified. Proponents website. Enacted
City Level: Corvallis - #2-95 support single payer healthcare requests that state legislature develop plan for single payer healthcare system. Benton County Elections office file. Enacted
